There are many small moments of life's beauty that get ignored or forgotten in our busy lives while we are looking for the big adventure story. In Fathers, Sons, and Brothers, the author, Bret Lott emphasizes the beauty in the simple moments in life in which people grow, and relationships develop.

Great thesis. As you can tell because your commenting mine right now, I mentioned this myself. I don't know if I'm going to roll with it though because the whole how argumentative is it thing can be brought up against it
ReplyDeleteI like the thesis. The first sentence really helps bring out the point that you are making overall.
ReplyDeleteIt seems argumentive enough because it could be easy for someone to completely disagree and say the details are there to be just that, details.
I think you'll be able to really go with it and get a good essay out of it though.
You should talk about how you know he does this (tone changes, sentence structure, word choices).
